Forum for fellow migraine sufferers

I was wondering if you all could help me figure something out. I have a history of getting migraines when I take flights places. I don’t fly a lot but last spring I visited my sister in Massachusetts and had really horrible migraines when I got off the plane in Boston and again back home. I didn’t think there was any specific medicine out there to prevent this from
happening but I’m hoping there is. I have to fly again this spring from Columbus to Texas to Guatemala for an alternative spring break trip and then fly back home again.  It’s 4 separate times in a plane and I would really like to not have 4 migraines in the course of 7 days. Does anyone know if there is a medicine or pill or something out there that specifically deals with altitude related migraines??
