Quite snappish, moody and extremely tired

Sunday, January 30th, 2011

I have noticed that ever since the doctor increased the dosage to 25 mg.that my son (15 years old) has become quite snappish, moody and extremely tired. At first I thought it was just typical teen moodiness, but this is not like him at all. And, of course, he’s still getting migraines. I’m going to [...]

Mitral valve prolapse/syndrome-MVP or MVPS

Thursday, January 27th, 2011

Mitral valve prolapse is a floppy mitral valve in your heart. You may or may not experience symptoms. Some, but not all of the symptoms are (and you don’t have to have all of them): palpitations or skips, light headedness or fainting, fatigue, migraines, feeling ‘wired’ but tired, gastro-problems, exacerbated PMS or menstrual problems. I would love to have a med that would put me out for about 12 hrs

Thursday, January 27th, 2011

I was wondering what all of you who have mitral valve prolapse or mitral valve prolapse syndrome take for your headaches. The triptans, ergotamines, and caffeinated meds are contraindicated. I have noticed that a few of you have mentioned having hysterectomies

Thursday, January 27th, 2011

and it got me thinking, is there any link between female problems and migraines, problems so severe that would warrant a hysterectomy. My gyno has mentioned the possibility of me needing a hysterectomy more than once. Since I have no children I am against the idea and told him that I do not want him [...]

Hi everyone: I hope that everyone is doing well and enduring this heat. I only have one question. If you have taken or are taking Vicodin for pain relief, have you experienced all over itchiness as a side effect? I know that this sounds weird but when I take a Vicodin I get very itchy [...]
