Has anyone tried eating ice cream thelp with a migraine? I eat ice cream, popsicles, fudgecicles, ice cream sandwiches. They all make me feel a little better. It’s like reverse brain freeze. When I feel a little achy, like a migraine may be on its way, I eat something cold and it helps.
